Romans 3:10 “As it is written, ‘There is none righteous, not even one.”

The bible tells us that everyone has sinned.

Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

The bible also says that there is a price to pay for sin.

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is
eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

The good news is that someone else paid that price for us.

Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while
we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10: 9 – 10 “If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and
believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved;
for with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth
he confesses, resulting in salvation.”

Romans 10:13 “For whoever will call upon the name ofthe Lord will be saved.”

There are no religious formulas or rituals. You cannot do anything to be saved, nor can you be good enough to be saved. Simply believe in Jesus Christ and call upon His name. Here is a simple prayer of faith:

Dear God,
I know that I have done things that don’t please you.
Those things are sin. I believe that you sent your
Son, Jesus Christ, to die for my sins. I believe He
came, died and rose from the dead. I ask Jesus to
come in to my heart, to forgive my sins and save me
from them. I thank you for saving me. Help me to let
Jesus be the Lord of my life from this day forwarded.
Amen
